Cross-National Partners (CNP) is incorporated with the State of Washington as a WA Non-Profit Corporation. Furthermore, the Internal Revenue Service has determined that CNP is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (c) (3). CNP has been given “Public Charity Status” 509 (a) (2). Donors can deduct contributions they make to CNP under IRC Section 170. CNP is also qualified to receive tax deductive quests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
